- Washington State University's Cougar TRACS: (Transfer Credit System). This web site is provided to help you plan your transfer to WSU. You can view the requirements for any degree program and/or enter your transfer course work from other schools, then view a custom Degree Program Requirements Report for any WSU degree program. The custom report shows how the course work you've already taken applies to the requirement s for a selected degree.
