Garden for Food
Put fresh vegetables on your menu and enjoy fresh air and light exercise by planting a home vegetable garden. Whether its a container of greens or a half-acre of serious production, a back yard garden produces nutrient rich vegetables that bring a special satisfaction to your kitchen table.
Garden for Food teaches people how to grow, produce and preserve their own small fruits and vegetables. There are many reasons to grow your own. For health, for the environment, to save money, for self-sufficiency or just for fun. Whatever your reason, Garden for Food will help you be successful!
If you are looking to be healthier in 2010 and beyond, there is nothing better than exercising more and eating more fresh fruits and vegetables. If environmental stewardship is your passion, then growing produce in your own backyard will help you become better a better environmental steward. We’re all into saving money these days.
