4-H Teen Conference

The 2008 4-H Teen Conference will be held June 29 - July 1, on the WSU Campus in Pullman.

The Conference brings together youth from across Washington in a leadership training, networking, and learning experience. Here are the top three reasons why YOU should attend:

  1. Meet new teens - youth participants from across the State - from all 39 counties
  2. Enjoy nearly 50 fun, action-filled activities - educational workshops, national speakers, college/career information and recreation.
  3. Experience living, learning and playing at Washington State University.

Youth who have completed grades 7 through 12 are eligible. Adult chaperones, and 4-H staff and faculty, as well as adult presenters, may also attend. One chaperon will be required for every eight persons registered from Chelan and Douglas Counties. Chaperon expenses are paid by the Leaders' Councils.

The cost of the conference (includes lodging and meals) is $115 if registered by May 19 and $125 if registering between May 20 and June 16. This year registrations will be done on-line by the individual conferee. More information and a link to registration can be found at http://4h.wsu.edu/conferences/teenconf/index.htm
