Middle School and High School youth engage in relevant “Citizens Science” activities. Data is collected relative to water quality and quantity in local watersheds, students are studying the characteristics of local and anadromous fish species, forest health, wildlife and other related natural resource topics. Students develop hypotheses, conduct research, and report their findings through a variety of media and presentation methods to local agencies and elected officials, in their classrooms and through online websites.
